When should I arrive?
We strongly encourage you to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the performance starts.
May I bring children?
We encourage children no younger than 9 years old for all performances.
Where will the festival take place?
Multiple locations! Dialouges of the Carmelite will be at the Old Ursuline Convent (1112 Chartres St, New Orleans, LA 70116), Show Boat: In Concert will be taking place on the Riverboat of the City of New Orleans (400 Toulouse St, New Orleans, LA 70130), Golda Shultz will be at the Civic Theatre (510 O'Keefe Ave, New Orleans, LA 70113) and Pilgrimage will start at St. Louis Cathedral (615 Pere Antoine Alley, New Orleans, LA 70116) and stop at multiple secreat locations in the French Quarter.
How should I dress for the opera?
Business casual or cocktail attire. For opening nights, more formal attire is encouraged. For Pilgrimage, wear your walking shoes!
What happens in bad weather?
All programming is weather-proof and will go ahead. For Pilgrimage, we suggest appropriate rain gear to move between venues.
What payment methods are accepted at the festival?
For merchandise and box office at the festival, credit cards only.
